Payments

Payment details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe. Flexstay does not store full card numbers on this website.

Information may be shared with payment providers, hosting platforms, property operations partners, cleaning teams, or service providers when needed to complete a booking or support a stay.

Access and requests

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. We may keep booking, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records where required or reasonably necessary.

Retention

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to manage stays, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve service, and maintain security.
