Flexstay Bangkok operates the Flexstay website for furnished monthly condo rentals in Bangkok, Thailand. For booking, privacy, or legal questions, contact contact@flexstaybkk.com or WhatsApp +66 65 448 5250.

Use of the website

You may use this website to browse properties, check availability, create an account, and submit reservation requests. You agree to provide accurate contact, guest, and payment information.

Monthly rental bookings

Flexstay focuses on monthly apartment rentals in Bangkok. A reservation is only confirmed after the required refundable security and utilities deposit has been paid and the booking is accepted.

Payments and balances

The website may collect a refundable security and utilities deposit at the payment page. Rent is paid by card through a secure Stripe link, or by Thai bank transfer, at least 2 days before check-in. Utilities and any remaining charges may be collected separately when applicable.

Guest responsibilities

• Guests must follow building rules, condominium rules, and reasonable house rules shared before or during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for unpaid utilities, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, and outstanding charges.
• Flexstay may refuse, cancel, or review bookings that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with property rules.

Policy updates

Flexstay may update these terms as the booking flow, payment options, and property operations evolve. The version shown on this website applies when you make a reservation.

Governing law

These terms and any reservation made through Flexstay are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless a written agreement for a specific stay says otherwise.
